1970s Arne Norell "Inca" Stool for Norell Möbler

1970s Arne Norell "Inca" Stool for Norell Möbler

Iconic "Inca" stool designed by Swedish architect, Arne Norell at his workshop Norell Möbler, and made in Columbia during the 1970s. This beautifully designed modern stool features an architectural mahogany frame and a comfortable new high-density foam cushion that has been recently upholstered in Italian leather that will patinate beautifully over the years. This stool was initially designed to pair with Norell's "Inca" lounge chair; however, it creates an equally striking modern aesthetic when paired with any modern or contemporary furniture designs. Norell’s emphasis on form and function makes this stool both versatile and graceful, with its various shapes and angles. It can be used as a footstool or on its own as a seating stool. Signed with two original labels underneath, one featuring the importer and the other the country where it was made.
